We also lost our representative, Joan Vaillancourt in the CCH reorganization.
With all of the messages on the CCH reps. running on the lines today I called
ours to find out what was going on. She said that she had just been informed
today that she too was part of the restructuring and had been outplaced
effective today. I was very surprised since Joan has been with the company
quite a long time and had always done a great job in providing customer
service assistance in any way possible to her clients from ordering books to
coming out to give additional training on their on-line system. I will
certainly miss her.
Sounds like a common theme being played out with the publishers. They are
bought by a larger company and then we lose whatever customer service we have
grown to depend on.
