We have been trying to get an old directive (NCPD 44-55) Navy Current
Procurement Directive 44-55 (dated March 14, 1955). We have SOME of the
old directives - but do not have this one. It would appear in the 1952
NPD (Navy Procurement Directives) as updated through August, 1955. We
have the later compilation dated from 1955 forward. We have checked the
one OCLC holding in Alabama - the local libraries, including some of the
Navy libraries, that we thought might have it - Global Docs and all. No
one seems to have this. If you have a copy we would greatly appreciate
hearing from you. Of course, we will pay any charges, but need it today
if possible. TIA.
