     I am looking for the Egyptian Law No. 229 of 1996 concerning public
     roads. It provides for concessions to be granted domestic & foreign
     investors for the purpose of constructing roads, etc.
     I have checked with Lexis-Nexis, Westlaw and the Internet. I've also
     contacted both Columbia Univ. Law Library and the NYU Law Library but
     neither one could help.
     Any clues would be helpful. TIA
