(Sorry, this may be a duplicate, but I was dropped from the list
again, so I don't know if it went out.)
I'm trying to find "Guidance Material for the Preparation of
Environmental Documents," Technical Advisory T 6640.8 from the
Federal Highway Administration, dated Feb. 24, 1982 & canceled
effective 11/27/87. I found references to it in the Federal
Register on Lexis, but it was supposed to be obtainable from the
Office of Environmental Policy or the Chief Counsel of FHWA.
Those offices and the Dept. of Transportation library have not
come up with it, after numerous transfers. They referred me to
the FHWA R& D Reports & Studies group, but they have not
responded to my voicemail or my fax. I checked in the BNA
Environment Reporter, but it had nothing in '82. Anyone have any
clues?
