Deadline for Nominations is January 13, 1997!
The 1996-97 LISP-SIS Nominations Committee is currently soliciting
nominations for candidates for Vice Chair/Chair-elect (3 year commitment as
vice chair, chair, and immediate past chair) AND Secretary/Treasurer (1 year
commitment). The elections will be held in the Spring of 1997, with the
successful candidates assuming office during the 1997 AALL Annual Meeting.
Both elected officers should plan to attend the LISP business meeting in
Baltimore, tentatively scheduled for Sunday, July 20. Leadership training
for chairs/vice-chairs will be held on Saturday.
Please nominate yourself (or someone else) by sending the nomination(s) to
