I am in desperate of obtaining a docket report from the USDC -Western Dist
of TN. PACER is not cooperating. I keep getting a garbled report. Anyway,
I'm left to obtaining the report directly from the clerk's office. The
court requires pre-payment for copy charges. We are in a bit of a hurry.
I'm wondering if someone at a Memphis firm could send one of their
messengers to the clerk' s office to obtain a hard copy of the docket, and
then FED EX the report to me (Charged to our FED EX account, of course). We
will reimburse you for the copying charges as well. Please contact me
