I am interested in obtaining a good CD ROM version of the EPA RODS. As many
of you know, they are not full text with graphs and tables on the databases
or the WEB site. We need the whole sheebang, in their very entirety. The
CD we just received from NTIS is not very good quality, incomplete, and
out-of-date. Rather than call certain publishers, I thought I would ask for
the help of colleagues. Publishers so frequently make claims to have
products that when purchased are not at all what was promised. Any advice
