International Law Firm seeks individual to join library team to provide
reference services to lawyers, legal assistants and staff in main office
as well as other offices as needed; perform database research
including, but not limited to: Lexis, Westlaw, Dun & Bradstreet, Courtlink,
Internet, various CD Rom programs; develop training programs to assist
users in utilizing these services; create pathfinders; develop library
orientation program for all library users; assist Director in marketing of
library services including assistance in developing and maintaining library
portion of Firm homepage. Other projects as needed.
Qualifications: MLS required. 1-2 years law library experience preferred
but not required. Proficiency in CALR, CD Rom, internet resources;
strong service orientation. Excellent research, communication and
organizational skills required. Must be a team player. Excellent
opportunity for creative self starter.
