The news is out! The University of Denver, formerly one of the top ten
library schools in the country has done an about face. The Graduate
School of Library and Information Science is to be reopened. They will
be seeking accreditation by the ALA. Accreditation takes about two
years.
Let's all hold our heads a little higher. Librarianship takes one small
step forward. 1997 will be a good year!!
