One of our attorneys is putting on a seminar for some tort clients in the near future.
His topic is "Innovative Fee Agreements". As such, I am trying to locate any recent
articles, etc. which discuss this topic. I have searched law reviews on Lexis, as well as
the two local law school libraries with limited success. I have done some rudimentary
searching on the Internet as well. Can anyone suggest any other source for this
information?
