ROM products like LawDesk, Authority or
Premise could you share your training
"policy" with me?
I'm trying to figure out the best way to get
the most people (attorneys) trained.
As you may know, the vendors do not
support training the way they do for Lexis
and Westlaw. That is, they offer a few free
initial training sessions and then start
charging for it.
Specifically, I want to know :
(1) Do you do in-house training? If so, who
does it? Do you use your own materials or
the vendor's training materials.
(2) Do you pay to have the vendor train?
(3)What are the most successful ways
you've had on getting attorneys to attend
training?
(4) Conversely, what tactics did not work in
getting them to attend?
Any input is greatly appreciated!
