My apologies to anyone who was snookered by reading my e-mail that
Appleman was not going to be divested. I was relying on a June 28
letter from Brian Hall. Appleman definitely was NOT on his list, at
least at that time.
On another matter, I called West Customer service this morning, and I was
put on hold for several minutes. I can't remember that happening before,
can you? I fear that "It's going to be a bumpy ride."
