I agree with Robin, I am seriously scared about this centralization of
customer services, CBC and LCP with West. I have had considerable problems
with invoices and service from both CBC and LCP during the past year, while
West service has continued to rank with the best. I'd like to be
optimistic and think that the West excellence will infect CBC and LCP, but
it's hard to be up-beat about this change on top of so many other changes
lately, but - 'tis the season, so I'm trying!!!
