Anyone have recommendations for software that performs the
calculations required to complete the "workforce and utilization
analyses" required by the affirmative action plan regulations for
women and minorities?
These programs allow a federal contractor to extract data from the
U.S. Census in order to determine the availability of minorities
and women, their occupational and educational backgrounds, and how
a particular workplace measures up.
