We have the Delaware Corporations Code in several forms: The Michie
hardcover, the Michie annual (I think) softcover, Balotti's annual (I
think) softcover, in the Balotti looseleaf treatise, and in the Aspen
Corporations Statutes set.

One of our attorneys is looking for a stand-alone (not part of a larger
set) edition that would be updated more often than the annual softcovers
are.

Does anybody know of such an animal?

If anybody knows there is *not* such an animal, I'd appreciate that
information, too.
