Can anyone help me obtain a copy of the NOVA SCOTIA COMPANIES ACT,
R.S.N.S. 1989 c.81, as amended, please?
I've checked QuickLaw via the Westlaw gateway but Nova Scotia statutes
are not available. I've talked with the Canadian Consulate here in Chicago
and spoke with a person at Dalhousie Univeristy Law Library in Halifax.
Unfortunately, it's 6:00 in the evening there and no one is available to
fax me a copy. I've browsed around on the Internet and found current Nova
Scotia legislative materials but no statutes.
Any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated!
