One of our attorneys is trying to find a treatise that discusses whether
there is insurance coverage for fraud and negligent misrepresentation
under Canadian law. I have searched RLIN and MELVYL. We borrowed
Insurance Law in Canada by Brown but this issue is not discussed in
that treatise. Any suggestions or leads would be much appreciated.
