I am trying to finish out 2 cites one of my attorneys is using. I haven't been
able to find our issues as of late Friday so I am trying here.
1. Mealey's Litigation Reports: Toxic Property Damage, Feb 9, 1996, "Each
Underlying Asbestos Claim Constitutes...". I need an author and page number
for the beginning.
2. Bankruptcy Court Decisions, News & Comments, August 1, 1995, "Making New Law
in Mass....", I need author and page no.
We don't need a copy - I guess it was read at some time and then tossed before
making sure the cite was complete.
