I'm hoping someone has done work in this area and has some great
Internet sites or sources they can share. I'm looking for recent
developements regarding the Federal Stark Act, specifically anti-kickback
provisions and self-referrals. Editorials, helpful associations,
awareness groups, current developements, ect. Also, if you know of any
great Internet sites in the areas of Health Law, Medical Insurance,
Malpractice Insurance (defense), please share! This is for a partner
who is very supportive of the library, so I would really appreciate
any/all ideas. ASAP, of course!
