Hi! The Legal Researcher's Desk Reference published by Infosources Publishing
has a list of prime rate changes since 1929. This is an excellent compiled
source
for historic prime rates. The list has appreared in every edition of the
book going
back to 1982. The latest edition is the 1996-97 edition.
