We need a form or precedent to include in a manufacturing agreement,
specifying that no person will be exploited during the manufacturing of
the product. (cf the Cathy Lee Gifford situation, and the controversy
that some sports stars endorsed products that may have been
produced using child labour.)
Have checked my collection of precedent publications and found nothing.
If someone has one they can share, please contact me.
There might be a human rights organization that has drafted sample
agreements. Before I start calling them, does anyone have the name of a
specific group they know is doing work in this area?
