Subject: Cite - GDS???

I have a cite from the Federal Supplement as follows:
Information Acquisition Corp. v. Department of Justice, 3 GDS
(paragraph #) 83,149, (D.D.C.1981).
I thought this might be from a CCH publication, but according to CCH it is not. Does anyone have ideas on what this publication could be? I need to get a copy of this case and it is not on Lexis or Westlaw. Thanks for any help you can offer.
