Sam Rayburn's papers are in the Sam Rayburn Library in Bonham, TX. Fontaine
Maury Maverick's are at the University of Texas @ Austin, Eugene C. Barker
Texas History Center in Austin, TX, as are John Nance Garner's.
Hatton W. Sumner's papers are at the Dallas Historical Society in Dallas,
TX, as are Mo Sheppard's except he also has papers at the Herbert Hoover
Library in West Branch, IA and the American History Center, U of TX, Austin,
TX.
Thomas Terry Connally has papers (a lot) at the Library of Congress and at
the previously mentioned Eugene C. Barker Texas History Center, though one
source has this at the American History Center, Austin (name change?).

I can help you there too. I found these repositories in the "Guide to
Research Collections of former United States Senators 1789-1995" Senate
Document 103-35 and "A guide to research collections of former Members of
the United States House of Representatives 1789-1987" House Document 100-171.
