Try Lexis in the Dun and Bradstreet library (D&B) under the file FEIN.
This is new to Lexis and is a partial listing of Federal Employer
Identification Numbers compiled by D&B. If the company is public, they
can be found in the company's filings with the SEC. Hope this helps with
a difficult request.
