Employee Manual Software???

My firm has finally decided to update our employee manual. We know that there
are several good software packages out there. We have reviews of the top two
and they both sound like they will do the job. I now need personal
references. Is anyone using a software package to create or update an
employee manual? Are you happy with it? Any further suggestions as we begin
this horrible task?
