Pat,
Your assumption is correct. In fact, to insure completeness and
accuracy, I recommend manually searching with the subject's complete
name, date of birth and social security number. Try Lynn Peterson at
510-653-5061. This is a California number, but we use her services to
perform background investigations in any U.S. jurisdiction.
If you don't have all the info. above, Lynn will find it.
