I am trying to find a historical list of officers and directors for a
West Virginia oilfield equipment company called Keelex Corp. I need
the list for 1983 through 1986. This is a private company, so nothing
is listed with the SEC. They are not listed in the S&P directories
for the relevant years, and the secretary of state does not require
that this information be filed with them. Various oil company
directories list only the president and I don't have access to ones
from the years needed anyway. I have been instructed NOT to call the
company. If anyone can give me other hints for finding this
information, I will be eternally grateful. If anyone can come up with
this information, I will think of some suitably superb reward (maybe
some good Texas hot sauce?) Thanks for your assistance.
