Dear Vermont Law Librarians,

Is there a commerical service that compiles legislative histories of Vermont
statutes? We have a few in California and I am looking for something
similar for Vermont legislation. (Vermont Statutes, Title
8, Section 558, if anyone already has done one for this section!).
