We have been asked to track down the members of a limited partnership which
lives in Texas but is incorporated in Delaware. So far we have talked to the
Secretary of State in Texas who informs us that no document they have will list
all the partners. In fact, only a general partner need be listed. As far as I
can tell, Delaware also does not require a listing of all the partners either.
Does anyone out there in Law-Lib land have any idea if this information is
available and if so, where.
