As a member of the Information Dissemination Subcommittee for the Minnesota
Conference of Chief Judges Pro Se Litigation Implementation Committee
(whew!), I have been charged with drafting <<Minimum Public Access
Standards>> for county law libraries.
I am, of course, familiar with the SCCLL County Law Library Standards. But
are there any state or county specific standards out there that I could look
at? As you might infer, the committee is specifically interested in access
by pro se litigants. I'm supposed to draft something by December 17th!
Any assistance will be much appreciated. Thanks
