If anyone is working today (Sat. 11-30) and has the Black Lung
Reporter, vol. 18 page 2-49, VanDyke v. VanDyke Coal Co. (1994?) and
can fax it to me at 423-974-6571, I would be eternally grateful. The
patron needs it today and, of course, those pages are missing from
our set.
