We would like a copy of "Guidelines for the Selection of Ballast
Material and Maintenance Technique", a publication put out by the
Association of American Railroads. The only other information I have
is a number, R-876, and a date, October 1994. I called the Association
but they could not find it in their catalog. If anyone has a copy we
could borrow, please call me and we will arrange to have it federal
expressed. Or if it is not too lengthy, it could be faxed. We will be
happy to reimburse any costs involved. The attorney would like this by
Monday but of course, everything is closed the rest of the week! If
you can help at all or have any leads where this might be found, please
