This is a highly inappropriate question to put on this listserv.
We are here as law librarians, to discuss and answer questions
concerning our calling. Some of us are lawyers and some are
not, but none of us are here to give out free legal advise. If you
doubt the advise your first lawyer gave you, I suggest you hire
another for a second opinion.
