Dear colleagues,
This is a repeat request. I am trying to find an electronic source for
a PREPRINT Senate Bill No. 15. The Water Transfer Act.
I have tried in vain to locate this at leginfo.ca.gov and at
sen.ca.gov. Does anyone know if the State Printer has a web site?
