parties and potential intervenors who have already filed pleadings or
motions with the Court and failed to comply with Rule 109 of the
Rules of this Court shall file the required Rule 109 certificates by
9/23/96; status conference set for 10:00 9/30/96 in Courtroom 17; the
Court will decide the motions to intervene in advance of the hearing.
