May I beg the help of one of my California colleagues? I have a student
who is researching an interesting divorce question and is in need of
a California divorce treatise. We have the "how-to" type books, but he
needs something a little different. The question he is researching is
the possible reasons why one would not be required to appear in a divorce
proceeding. Does anyone know of a treatise that might address this
subject? He has researched case law and also the code and may be looking
for the non-existant. In any case, I told him I would give this list a
shot as it has come through on many much more complicated requests in the
past! TIA
