NPR had a segment about P-Trak this morning on All Things Considered. While
I didn't get to listen to the entire report (an frisky guinea pig needed to
be caught!), I did hear the part in which the LEXIS/NEXIS spokesperson
admitted that many people (thousands?) had called L/N's Dayton headquarters
requesting that their names be removed. For those of you wanting the
transcripts, they're available on LEXIS/NEXIS (!), NEWS library, NPR file;
there is a note online this morning that says they're having a difficulties
bringing the file up-to-date.
