The Calif. Administrative Office of the Courts has today made
the full-text of Supreme Court and Courts of Appeal opinions available
via its web site, http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov. Select the second item
under the heading, "California Courts." All published opinions posted
in the last 60 hrs. are listed at this location by default. The
opinions can also be sorted by court. A 60-day archive of opinions is
also available. Each opinion is posted as a Word file and as an Adobe
Acrobat PDF file. Instructions for viewing the opinions are provided
online.
Soon to come will be Supreme Court minutes and then hopefully
later on, the Courts of Appeal minutes.
