Hello Everyone!
A legal writing instructor asked which states publish their trial
court opinions. Checked Legal Research books by Cohen and Berring.
I found the info re: NY, OH, and PA in Jacobstein
& Mersky's <<Fundamentals of Legal Research>>.
Does anyone know of other states that publish any trial court
opinions or a source that would list these? Please respond to me, not
the list (karweick@law.wisc.edu).
