We are trying to get a copy of this decision. Bermuda Supreme Court 1989,
reported in the West Indies reports. Stena (or Steena) Finance v. Sea
Containers. No.178. We are promised a copy from the court, but the
approaching hurricane may interfere. If anyone can help we will be happy to
