Direct Access for Windows

We are currently using a Windows template called "Direct Access for
Windows" for our menus on our public computers. I am trying to find
contact information for the company. The original Direct Access
template for DOS was from a company called Delta Technology
International in Wisconsin. Their telephone number has been
disconnected with no forwarding information. The later version for
Windows 3.1 came from Fifth Generation Systems in Baton Rouge,
     Louisiana.

I am unable to find an updated address or telephone number for either
of these companies. I was not able to find them either on the
Internet. If anyone has any information on either of these companies,
     please reply to me.

Also, if anyone has suggestions for Windows 3.1 templates or menu
systems that can be run on stand-alone CD-ROM machines, please let me
     know. Thank you in advance.
