I'm having difficulty tracking down the Bermuda Ltd. Liability Company
Act -- or even a cite to it. No one locally seems to have current Bermuda
statutes, and I've searched the Internet to no avail. If anyone can at
least provide me
with a cite, I'd be appreciative. TIA.
