I'm in need of an article from the _Bell Journal of
Economics_, vol. 13 (1982), p. 120 et seq.,
entitled "On Liability and Insurance" by Steven
Shavell. My local sources are missing all or the
needed part of vol. 13. If anyone has this journal
(or knows where I can find it), and can fax me a
copy of the article, I would really appreciate it. We
will _gladly_ pay copying/fax/whatever expenses.
