U.S. Code and ALR on CD-ROM

The firm I work for uses Lawdesk CD-ROMs for both USCS and ALR.
However, the search engine on Lawdesk is EXCRUCIATINGLY SLOW and is
not very user-friendly. Does anyone know of another CD-ROM source
for the U.S. Code (either USCA or USCS) and/or ALR which is easier to
use than Lawdesk? Perhaps something is offered by West in its
popular Premise or Westlaw format?
