I am trying to locate an article titled "Staying Out of the SEC's
Enforcement Division" co-authored by Ernest L. Ten Eyck and an
un-named attorney. The information I have is that it was published in
Insights, April 1989.
Unfortunately, the periodical title is so generic, and the information so
scant, I haven't been able to locate it. I've tried WestLaw, OCLC and
some local libraries to no avail. I suspect the periodical may have some
relation to business or accounting.
If anyone has a lead for me, please let me know - thanks!
