Jerry Jacobs is the managing partner for our firm's D.C.
office, so I asked him if he was intending to revise his
"Certification and Accreditation law Handbook." The author's
reply: "...there is nothing more current and there are no present
plans to revise it because there have not been significant recent
changes in the law."
As far as he knows, his handbook is the only book-length
treatment of this subject. A shorter treatment on this topic can
be found in Chapter 64 [Professional Credentialing] of his
"Association Law Handbook, Third Edition", published by the
American Society of Association Executives just this past week.

at the end of this chapter.
