Federal Register snafu

Usually, I am the one complaining about the quality control (or lack
thereof) of automated databases. Today, however, my attention was
drawn to Vol 61 No. 144 of the printed Federal Register for July 25,
1996. In our copy the first thirty pages are from the July 22
issue, ending with p. 37830 and the next page is 38587 from the July
25 issue. Perhaps this is the only defective copy (will it become
as valuable as the inverted plane stamp?) but you may want to check
your copy and see if it needs to be replaced.
