Thank you to everyone who referred me to 47 USCA 310(b)(3) for license
ownership restrictions. I feel rather sheepish that I didn't go right to
that volume of the USCA myself after mucking around in Title 15 (thanks to a
misguided Westlaw search in the CFR) for a while. Well, you live and learn,
and I did learn, thanks to my colleagues on law-lib.
