We have the NLRB rules & regs., but I don't know if they are
annotated. (The binder is kept in a partner's office, otherwise
I'd go look!) They are published by the US GPO, are
looseleaf, and updated very irregularly. I bought mine from
Bernan. Perhaps a call to them would answer this question?
