I have been asked to identify the source for sections " 310(b)(3) and
310(b)(4)" as related to stock ownership by aliens of a cellular telephone
company. These section numbers are the only information I was given. I
have tried the CFR (in particular title 47), and have had no luck. I
apologize for the lack of details on this one, hence the needle in the
haystack approach to finding an answer. My best reference interview
techniques obviously failed me. Any guidance would be greatly
appreciated--if law-lib can't find it, nobody can!
